“When it comes to our attention, our time, our credibility, our goodwill toward and from others, we work with a limited but renewable set of resources. We fill and empty our pockets repeatedly throughout life. We earn, save and spend.” (The Light We Carry by Michelle Obama, 2022, p.292)
After several weeks in Johannesburg after the death of my father in law, I am back in Vancouver. Death changes the way the pieces of you fit together, the things you prioritize, and the way you live. For me, during my time in South Africa I resigned from my job and made the decision to return back to my consulting practice.

To mark this transition, I am offering a newsletter sale at http://shagufta.substack.com/decemberhope between now and Dec 23rd 2022. By using the newsletter sale link above, you can save 15% off your annual newsletter subscription.
After almost two years, I have more space to support organizations and individuals looking for coaching, educational programming, research and strategic advising. In particular, I’m interested in supporting organizations and individuals birth new ways of being and embed a more equity and justice aligned lens into their work.
I am interested in working with organizations and people who are excited and joyful about doing equity work well - with excellence and from a place of centredness rather than urgency.
We may be a good fit if: you are interested in partnering softness and social change. If you are interested in working together, email me at seriously.planning(at)gmail(dot)com
